Lovely atmosphere. Very nice 55+ neighborhood and neighbors. Good security. We'll kept yards and homes, quiet, pets allowed, lots of activities, lots of groups/clubs, and nice pool areas. Its great that rentals are allowed and that when you purchase, you own the ground (not like a mobile home park where you'd rent the ground). There is a reasonable price on the HOA (as of 2025), and a variety of types of lots and home styles to choose from, including stick built, mobile, flat lots for RVs, etc. Attached golf course, is pretty, but I haven't used it. It's close to shopping, medical clinics, restaurants, churches, with easy access to the airport and highways.
